Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shikshan Sanstha’s Dental College and Hospital, Aurangabad was established in 1991 within the city limits of Aurangabad in an open pollution free, secure, safe and peaceful locality and is just 3kms from Aurangabad railway station and 15 kms from the airport. The world heritage sites of Ajanta and Ellora are located around Aurangabad. Paithan, famous for Paithani sarees is located 40 kms from Aurangabad.

The college fulfills aspirations of students to obtain "Professional Education” and is affiliated to the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (M.U.H.S.), Nashik. The college has been recognized by the Dental Council of India over the years. This College has earned recognition and reputation at the State and National level. Currently, undergraduate and postgraduate and Ph.D courses in 6 departments are conducted by this college and is housed in a twin building.

About the Journal

 CSMSS Journal of Innovative Dentistry is the official publication  of CSMSS  Dental College and Hospital  . It is a specialty dental journal that aims to publish scientific content pertaining to all dental specialities.The journal is published biannually. Original articles,Systematic reviews & Meta-analysis, Narrative reviews, short communications, Case reports & Case series,Invited guest columns, Book reviews and letter to the editor will be the contents invited for publications.Submitted manuscripts will be subjected to double blinded peer review.

The journal conforms to the guidelines of COPE. The journal allows free access to its contents and does not charge any article submission, processing or publication fee. We will be pursuing an ISSN number for the online version.Indexing of the journal in Google Scholar and Directory of Open Access Scholarly Resources (ROAD) will also be obtained soon.

Aim and Scope of the Journal :

The journal accepts research papers from broad, as well as, sub-specialty areas of Dental sciences that are deemed to be of practical value for the daily practice of Dentistry.
